Vestar legal case – important developments

There have recently been some important developments in the Vestar legal case.

Over the course of the next week I will report on two important precedents and the implications for our case, then report on the status of our case.

    The silence has been deafening, even tho I am aware that the legal process is ponderous, so I am gratified and interested to hear of progress. Thank you.
    I have just received a dividend of $26.80 from my Radius investments which has transported me into realms of rapture. I hope your news is better, Vern.
